So how does it all work in combination?

Your requirements are assessed from the start through an Individual Learning Plan and the creation of your Individual Support Plan. These plans are an essential part of your time with our services. They give you the chance to say what sort of support/help/assistance/advice/guidance/information you want or need and how you can get to where you want to be.

Our combined commitment to you

• We will try to get you the services which suit your needs from any suitable provider when and where you need them.

• If you need a support worker to deal with any issues you can have one that you get on with easily, if you don’t we’ll change them for one who you can identify with and get on with.  that person generally remains the same throughout your support – this helps you gain a rapport and build a solid relationship with them, which helps the program prosper and achieve it’s aims more readily.

• If you need someone to help you use a computer, to communicate, work or manage your individual circumstances, we can provide you access to those services.
